The selection of artists for the Winamp Creators Program is at the sole discretion of Winamp. The submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Winamp reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

1. Only artists who meet the specified criteria, determined by Winamp, will be considered for the program. Winamp reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all applicants. 

2. By applying, artists consent to the collection and use of their data by Winamp for the purposes of the program. This includes contact information and project details. Winamp will handle all personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.

3. The financial support of $3,000 per month for 5 months must be used solely for the development of the musical project. Artists must be able to issue invoices to receive financial support. Personal expenses unrelated to the project are not covered. Artists are required to provide Winamp with monthly reports on the use of funds and progress of their project.

4. Selected artists must use Winamp for Creators as their primary platform for monetizing their music. Artists are required to share their experiences and promote Winamp through social media posts, videos, and other content. Failure to meet these commitments may result in termination of the partnership and withholding of remaining funds.

5. All content produced by the artists must be approved by Winamp before publication. Artists must adhere to Winamp's values and avoid creating or sharing content that is hateful, discriminatory, or contrary to any applicable laws.

6. Winamp reserves the right to terminate the partnership at its sole discretion and / or if an artist fails to meet their commitments or violates the program's rules. In the event of termination, remaining funds will be withheld.

7. All information disclosed during the application and selection process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of the program.
